11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS The observer originally wrote that he had "seen another flying saucer" on 31 July '68. A form 117 was sent to the observer to complete. The date given on the returned, completed 117 was listed as 10 July '68. The observer also stated on this 117 that he had also seen a UFO on 11 July '68.
