10. CONCLUSION At 195SL, Echo 1 was at coordinates 71 deg long and 40 deg lat and traveling toward the NE. The observers position is approx, 80 deg long &I deg lat Thus Echo I appeared to have been the stimulus.
The observer sighted a bright white light that moved from the SE to the E.
