10. CONCLUSION INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR EVALUATION
The information on the sighting was given to the duty officer and is sketchy and in parts conflicting.(see 5 & 14). Additional info was requested from the observer and the witness, but neither has completed form as of 23 May 68.
The observer sighted a flashing red light that at one time turned white.
