COMMENTS: The description is consistent with that of a hot air balloon.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS The observer sighted two yellowish lights. The main one was twice as bright as a bright star and one was to the right and smaller. The smaller one pulsed at various times during the observation. This object first traveled toward the SW then turned and headed NW.
