11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS The observers sighted a bright white light that traveled from the SW to the NE.

COMMENTS: At 0253Z, Echo 1 was toward the NE at 132 deg long and 35 deg lat. The approximate position of the observers is 120 deg long and 36 deg lat. Echo 1 was visible at the approx time traveling in the correct direction.
