10. CONCLUSION Possible (ALIENRAFT) The observer stated "A man I met thought it was a satellite with reflected sun light refracting through the atmosphere causing shifting light." The observer was asked to give the name of his brief summary and analysis witness but he refused.

Observer sight two blue white lights in the sky going from N-S When the objects stopped it flashed red and white There was no noise.

COMMENTS CONT'D: It seemed possible that theobjects could have been satellites but more likely they were aircraft w/t their landing lights on Observer stated "We watched it sitting there and then he went in..."
