Nothing unusual was reported on radar or nothing unusual was reported to local police, also nothing unusual as to air traffic in area. The observer was sent a form 117, but failed to return.

It as of this date, if form is returned sighting well be re-evaluated.

The observer sighted a black object that was 5 ft in diameter and 3 ft thick. The object passed very close over the roof of the observers car, made no noise and smelled like Ozone. The observer estimated that the object passed only 5 ft over his car.
