11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS The observer sighted two very bright lights and heard a humming noise. There were red, green, and blue lights around the edge of the object. The observer was near the Denver Federal Center.

COMMENTS: The observer was requested to complete and return a form 117 but failed to do so. No reports were called into the City Police Department or the Stapleton International Airport. The airport reported that there was undoubtedly numerous aircraft in the vicinity of the Federal Center.
