11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observer sighted an object with flashing lights. There were full lines of white lights that flashed from left to right on an angle. A single red and green light were on each side of the UFO and were steadily lit. Observer said it looked like a Broadway Marquee. The object came from the east then turned NW. It appeared to be following a conventional aircraft in the NW direction.
