10. CONCLUSION Possible (AIRCRAFT) Since the observer was in a car he may not have heard the noise an aircraft engine. No actions or observations of the object in case that it could not have been an aircraft.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Arises to the effect that - after the observer is too young to drive, but is in a moving car, why didn't the person who was driving the car see this object too. Observer saw a bright light that resembled a solar eclipse; it was red. The object then turned white. No noise was heard although the object passed in front of a cloud. The observer was in a car at the time moving about 2 miles an hour. The course of the object was south. There were no witnesses to the incident.
