10. CONCLUSION INSUFFICIENT DATA Since the only information this office has on the sighting is an O.D Report, the observer and two witnesses were sent home. No were returned. If it wasn't for fact that the indicated distance was too short for a terrestrial object to be seen at that range, it would appear to be astronomical.
Observer saw a white light that gradually changed into other colors; green, blue, and red. A matchhead would have completely obliterated the object. The object was in sight for 1 hour and moved away gradually. This information was taken from the O.D Report.
