11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer stated all they noticed was a light, which appeared as nothing more than a navigation light but steady. Object was in a slow motion or stationary pattern. Sparks falling down from above it. Object disappeared when aircraft approached Observer stated that the object was identified as a balloon in the morning paper.
