CONCLUSION: Astro (CAPELLA) Capella was on an azimuth of 45 degrees, elevation of 22 deg, at time of sighting.
BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Object was the same shape of a star. Changed colors from blue, green, and red basically a white light. Brightness of object was compared to a burning sparklor. Object did not disappeared while watching.
