10. CONCLUSION Possible UFO (unidentified) At the beginning of the sighting, the object was at an altitude of about 20 degrees east at an azimuth of 90 degrees. The object's speed was at 25 knots. Observation ended when the object was at an altitude of about 35 degrees.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS [HW: MYKIN'S OBSERVATIONS] Observer saw a light that changed colors, white when moving upward, red when moving downward, and blue when going up and down. The light was brighter than stars and passed behind a cloud. At some time during the sighting, the objects were in a clear eastern sky. The object passed out of sight gradually to the south. Since page 5 of the 164 was blank an uncertainty exists as to the elevation of the object; however, the T.A.[STAMP:] gave the elevation as 35 degrees.
