11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS [HW: MYKIN'S OBSERVATIONS] Observer saw a light that changed colors, white when moving upward, red when moving downward, and blue when going up and down. The light was brighter than stars and passed behind a cloud. At some time during the sighting, the objects were in a clear eastern sky. The object passed out of sight gradually to the south. Since page 5 of the 164 was blank an uncertainty exists as to the elevation of the object; however, the T.A.[STAMP:] gave the elevation as 35 degrees.
