Observer noticed a bright star like object. The speed the light moved was approximately 3 times the speed of the moon traveling across a WSW Multiple lights were observed Approximately 5 minute later a spark like light appeared to fall from the object and then to tumble out like sparks from a Roman Candle flare Each light being visible for only 3-4 seconds.
