BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object had a shape of a light blue. Object was too far away from observer and could not be seen for one hour. Object left a light blue trail. Observer attempted photograph the object, but failed. He will provide the Air Force with copies if they reveal anything.
HW: Saw 164 and specifically saw more of sky (or) fading object more.
