11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted a white light in the sky. The object was thought brightens as a satellite and looked like a star or satellite. Although the observer gives the direction as NW he also stated that it was hard to tell the direction of movement.
COMMENTS: at 19h/hrs Echo I was at 88 deg long, and 40 deg lat and was going North to South.
