At 0310 PDT Arcturus was on an azimuth of 290, Elevation of -1 deg, just over horizon.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Objects color varied from dull orange to a bright red. Observers stated they checked light against land marks to be sure eyes were not playing tricks. Object moved from side to side and changed direction at right angles instantly.
