11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observers watched a hovering R no of 11dts in various directions before moving off to the east. The object was one type of blue with sign out that said "the end". The duration of the object is 11 min. The nearest airport is the old Times Square Building in Times Square, New York.
FAA confirmed operation of a police car near to with an advertising sign over the stop or Jackson at the time of the sighting.
