11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observation of an unidentified object in the west-northwest for nearly two hours; the object was stationary for approximately one hour and then moved east at 40° per minute; it was about 30 feet high and had a light color; the light color changed from white to yellow to orange during observation; no sound or odor detected; the object's speed increased slightly after being observed for seven minutes, then decreased again.
FROM THE DESCRIPTION IT APPEARS ONE TO DIFFERENT WERE SEEN... THE LIGHT COLOR IN THE NORTH COULD BE PROBABLY THE SUN'S LIGHT AS WELL AS OTHER STIMULI PRODUCED BY THE ABOVE UNIDENTIFIED OBJECT/PERSON.
