11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted a brownish black object that looked like an airplane without any wings. The object disappeared in the Ns.

COMMENTS: The witness was requested several times to complete a form 14b on his sighting but failed to do so. The observer stated that he had photographed the object but failed to send us any photos. No other similar reports were received.
