BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer stated object appeared to move from S to N, then stopped a second, then disappeared for a second, then responded and descended at a 45 deg angle, and returned to original altitude, then went out of sight as if going away from earth; object had strange course; end of report observer stated object did not disappear another it stated it did disappear many inaccuracies in report.
