10. CONCLUSION Satellite Decay (possible) Three objects decayed on 13 April '67, plus or minus 12 hours.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was red when solid then turned to green haze or smoke. The object appeared to be moving across the sky instead of falling as would a meteor. The object was seen by approximately 65 persons during night operations. At the time of the sighting all lights on the airfield were off and all the helicopters were on the ground.
The three objects that decayed on 13 Apr '67 were frage. The exact decay time is not known. Considering the time of the sighting it is probable that a satellite decay was responsible for the sighting.
