BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: The observer stated that he photographed a silveryish, metal, spinning object that made a constant beeping sound.
COMMENTS: In his original letter the observer stated that he saw it on the 12th of April. The witness was requested several times to complete a I.I. Finally the witness was telephoned. He stated that he didn't have time to return the forms and that the sighting was during May, June, or July 1967. At the time of sighting, the observer was 13 years old and the witness 12.
