11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer stated that the object appeared to be a light. Observer noted that the object appeared brighter than a dim star. Object brightness comparable to 50 watt light bulb. Edges of the object were sharply outlined. Object disappeared to the west. Object had a sound of spinning ropes around separately. Color: White lights.
