10. CONCLUSION astro (Venus) [HW:] Post - but was foebard [ILLEGIBLE] Venus was on an azimuth of 278 degrees, elevation of 5 degrees at time of sighting.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was shaped like a toy top, after it turned it was cigar shaped. Silver white extremely bright. Describe a large antenna structure on top, dark spot in the center. Lights were bright, white shafts of light on either side of dark area. Object very bright red on the bottom. Object made sharp left turn to west stayed in same relative position. Object became motionless and then disappeared instantly.
Investigator should have asked - did you see Venus also?
