I. DESCRIPTION AND SHOWS Other (REDACTED) Observer admitted that the case and photo have a flaw. NOTE: No satisfactory explanation could be made of the unidentified object by the photo-experts. It was only after photo analysis had been performed that the Observer admitted it.
II. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted a disc shaped object that came from behind clouds. It was blue on top, white around the sides. The object came at the observer at high rate of speed, stopped, and then retreated behind the clouds.
