BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Object was a gray silver color with red square windows and a flashing white light, varying around the windows. Object disappeared by plane behind a group of hills. Observer stated object looked like a cigar which was very large with windows. She stated object was low and not see any wings on object.
