11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer stated that the object appeared as a cigar shaped with a dome at the bottom and at the top. Object appeared white. The Cigar appeared white and the domes appeared to be red. Object appeared transparent with white and red light inside. The object blinked on and off every 2 seconds. Object disappeared to the south.
