BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was spherical shaped and appeared to be approx. 1/8 size of the moon. Orange color. Object traveled East to West at approx. constant altitude. Disappeared gradually to the North. RECEIVED DIRECT REPORT FROM AREA OF ORANGE LIGHT MOVING TOWARD SOUTH. REPORTS COULD HAVE BEEN INITIATED BY HOT AIR BALLOON; HOWEVER NO CONFIRMATION.
