10. CONCLUSION Possible (AIRCRAFT) Air refueling track prop wash in located over the area. Aircraft participating on this track would be flying toward Elkhorn.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers watched six white colored lights traveling toward the western horizon. The lights were compared to stars. Also the lights were like the lights on an aircraft except they were white. The objects did not behave as jets. For about a : minutes it appeared as if the lights stopped. From the description of the light it appeared as an aircraft mission of some type was responsible for the sighting.
