BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object appeared as an inverted mushroom; and slightly larger than a car. It was about two ft thick with a stack on top. There was smoke or plastic streamer coming from the stack. Object was initially hovering, then tilted forty-five deg, wobbled, and disappeared to the NW.
