11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Object was a curved half very bright lack half of object could not be seen. Observer stated it was REd it shape showed as large as a commercial jet Alfa Romeo white. One observer stated he saw a large spot light effect in front and perhaps a small white light in the rear. Object has straight flight path at high rate of speed. Effect disappeared into the East instantaneously.
