11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object appeared like something hanging form a parachute through binoculars. Reddish-orange, changed to silver as it disappeared. Object swing like a parachute or pendulum. Fire or tail dropped to earth and went out. The descent followed and erratic pattern like a falling leaf. Object disappeared just by going out of sight.
