11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers watched a reddish orange colored light like a fire in the NE portion of the sky. The object was round in shape and gave off a funny sound. At first the observers thought that the object was on fire. The color dimmed and brightened irregularly. The description is consistent with that of a hot air balloon. There has been a rash of hot air balloons reported in early March from the area.
