II CONCLUSION Astro (VZ US) [HW: JH] Venus was on Azimuth of 265 degrees at elevation of 15 degrees.

BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observer stated that the object appeared like a light. Brightness was compared to that of a very bright star. Edges of the object were fuzzy and blurred. Object was dim then rounded to square then rotated around showing red light then a bright glare after that it can shut off its lights if a plane or car lights go out etc.. Object had not any sound of its own. Color was red.
