BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was dark and elevated similar to cigar but not tapered to end. Object had lights on underside which blinked in sequential pattern with undulating effect. Observer states she is in the habit of looking at the sky and saw light as result. Object almost even straining overhead, possibly a little to the north. Object disappeared instantaneously to the north.
