11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observers watched three lights, slightly brighter than the lights on an aircraft, travel toward the western horizon. There was a dull blue, red, and white light. It wasn't known where there were three objects or just one. The white light was flashing and the red and dull blue light were steady. The lights went across the sky at a slow, uniform speed. The witness said the object was moving too slow to be an aircraft. The description is consistent with that of an aircraft sighting.
