11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was a wide rectangular strip Yellowis white with mor white. One red light ⅓ from left side. One red light center of object. Red light were pulsating. There were lights only. No definite discernable outline Object moved due West and disappeared below the horizona. Remained stationar at +5 degrees elevation for approx .45 minutes; then started moving slowly due West and disappeared below horizon 45 min later Smooth steady flight path.
