JUPITER was at an elevation of 30 deg, azimuth of 80 deg at time of observation.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was like a bright star and about twice as bright as Venus. Object grew large, stay that way a few seconds, then grow dim. Observer stated she looked away for a moment and then looked back and object was gone. Observer stated object was stationary most of the time but appeared occasionally now in a small area.
