11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer watched three lights in the NE portion of the sky. Two of the lights were white and the third was red. The brightness of the lights was like a spotlight. One observer said that the object was dome shaped on top, something like a bowling pin. The object traveled faster than an aircraft.
The description is consistent with that of an aircraft observation.
