BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observers watched an object shaped like a light bulb travel towards the horizon and pieces of light were dropped from it. The object then climbed upwards and disappeared after being in view for approximately one minute. Investigation did not reveal a positive identification; the case is to be re-evaluated. Description of object fits that of a hot air balloon.
