[BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS] Observers watched a round ball of light that appeared about the size of an orange at arms length. The color of the light was a orangish glow. The object appeared to have a reflective coating on its surface. The light was noted in the northern sky. Two airline pilots reported sighting balloons on their approach to Worland Airport. This plane arrived at the airport at 204L.
Letter was received from a family in Worland reporting that her son launched a total of four hot air balloons on the night of 11 Feb 67. The first three were reasonably successful, but the fourth was overwhelming.
