BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer watched a oblong shaped object with red and white colored lights travel toward some trees on the left side of the road. The object seemed to have poles underneath that were dimly litted with a pale white light. The object had a straight flight path from right to left.
The description is consistent with that of an aircraft observation. La Guardia and Kennedy Airport are nearby.
