11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observer stated that the object appeared as a light. Object had lights that were like those of a plane except for the revolving ones which were brighter. Object then floated out of sight. Color was of red and white lights. It appeared to be traveling in a southwest-south direction.
