BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer watched a flashing blue, blue white star like object in the sky. The object moved back and forth, had up and down. The object was still visible at time of the report. The description is consistent with that of an astronomical observation. The observer did not provide the actual location of the object she was watching.
