BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer watched various objects in the sky. The object slowly pulsed on and off. The colors were red, yellow, green and a combination of the three. No definite shape was reported. Objects moved up and down and left and right very quickly. Observer has seen objects many times in the past three days. There was a power failure in the area on 16 Jan 67. The description is consistent with that of an astronomical observation.
