11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer watched two amber colored objects ascend and descend on a vertical plane. The objects were going on and off like a light being turned off. Each object glowed brightly then disappeared.
The description is consistent with that of an astronomical observation. The investigating official feels that the sighting was caused by various astronomical bodies.
