11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer watched a blue disc colored object that went out of range then returned and finally disappeared again. The disc had red and white lights. The lights were brighter than car headlights. The object was the size of a Piper Cub type aircraft. The witness's parents were with him at the time of the sighting; however, they did not see the object.
