BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer watched a white colored object with red lights travel toward the southern horizon. In the initial letter the observer said the object was going northward. Very little information is available from the witness. A study of the submitted data revealed that an aircraft could have accounted for the sighting.
